Which of these represents the best buy?

Unfortunately I can't take too much time over the purchase as the car is needed soon so I would appreciate your help.

I have narrowed a search down to 2 Nissan Notes with identical specifications and colour. Which, in your opinion based on the facts available, represents the best buy?

Option A - 2006 plate, 42,000 miles with full history (stamps in the book, no receipts), 3 owners.

Option B - 2007 plate, 55,000 miles with part history (ex motability vehicle, evidence of services in 2008, 2009, MOT 2010, oil change service 2012),

Also at what intervals should the Note have an automatic transmission fluid change?
