Do I ignore calls from this accident management company?
Following an accident my wife has been called several times already by Albany Assistance and if we cannot find the registration of the other car, which was at fault, the quote we have had from the body shop for repair is less than our excess.
Can I just keep ignoring them and wait until the insurnce have confirmed that they have explained, in short simple words to the other party, that when you hit a stationary object with no-one in it you must be at fault, or do we have to start things in their timescale?
I have seen several comments about Albany Assistance and as we are in the process of moving house I do not wish to find myself liable for a stupid bill for car hire etc. when it will cost me less than our excess to get it done.

I wold not get involved with an accident management company whose only motivation for 'helping' you at all is to put you into a credit hire car at an excessively high rental rate that you could eventually be liable for.
