Feedback following advice on a Jetta
I recently contacted you regarding my intention to buy a Volkswagen Jetta. I have now bought the car, and am delighted with it. It carries our two sets of golf clubs with ease, all out of sight in the huge boot. It's very quiet, and the 2.0-litre diesel is amazingly frugal.
I don't understand the UK preference for hatchbacks, when the booted version can carry so much more, without folding the seats down.
Incidentally, I cover about 8000 miles a year. This is my fifth diesel; I make a point of ensuring that the engine is fully warmed every time use it, and I've had no trouble with any of them.
Your advice helped me to decide on this car; many thanks, it was much appreciated.

That's good. A long time ago, I used to run a Jetta GTI 16v because the Jetta was actually quicker than the Golf GTI 16v.

I wanted to ask you a favor, I have read few 2012 Ford Focus reviews and everyone say it's comfortable and the build quality is fantastic, but almost everyone say that old car was more engaging to drive.
