Concern about disclosing an accident to my insurer?

On renewing my insurance I realized I didn't include an accident I had last year, but have included it on my new insurance company.

How will this affect my driving license etc?

Can I pay the previous company the difference it would of been if I did include it?

As I am not bricking it as it was a honest mistake as I made so many quotes I clicked on the wrong one and brought online without reading through the info I provided

If you have 'disclosed' it to your current insurer then no problem.
