How can I prevent my leg aching during long drives?
I drive a 2001 Honda CR-V. After driving for a while, I begin to get pain in the back of my right leg, right up to the hip, which can eventually become really painful. The same used to happen when I was driving my previous vehicle. I believe this may be caused by being seated in one position for too long and being unable to exercise my leg. Have you come across this problem before and do you know of any remedy for this?

It's good to alter the seat position slightly every half an hour or so. For seat support cushions: www.postureproducts.com; www.medesign.co.uk ; www.ezl.co.uk ; www.airhawk.se/eng
