Does Hyundai have a swappage scheme which makes new models available for £500?

I read today (16/5/10) in the Sunday Times that a new Hyundai was available for £500 on a year old "same car" basis but only a "limited number of these offers are available". I would like to find out which Hyundai supplier still operates this scheme. Can you please help?
