How can I activate the 'courtesy headlamp delay' feature on my Ford Ka?

I have a 2009 current model Ford Ka 1.2 Zetec. I never received a handbook. Does this model have the 'courtesy headlamp delay' feature? If so how do I activate it? Many thanks for your time.

It should have because it's a basic feature of the most basic model. But I cannot tell you how to activate it. See if you can buy a driver's manual from a Ford dealer.
