Unfortunately, your innocence here is nothing like as clear-cut as that of my friend in Thailand who is now serving three years and six months for something she did not do. There is absolutely nothing we can do about this apart from appeal the sentence. And the appeal will not be heard for at least six months, during which time she must remain in jail separated from her three small children. There is injustice everywhere in the world. And there probably always will be.
