How can I prevent cam belt slippage on my 2004 Passat?
Despite replacing the cam belt and alternator drive belt tensioner on my 2004 Passat, the belt still slips on full lock although it has improved. I have owned it for seven years and have only had this problem for past six months. What do you suggest I do about it?

This will read simplistic, but, of course, the answer is not to use full lock. With the steering rack is against its stops, the power assistance continues and eventually something has to fail.
