Auris hybrid - good long term bet?

Toyota main dealers are selling two year old Auris Hybrids with up to 50k miles for about £9,500 - with three years warranty remaining. Do you think this is good value for money if planning to keep for up to 10 years?

Decent combination of ride and handling that might suit some people better than a harder sprung Golf or a Civic. A few inches taller than a Golf of Focus so easier to get in and out.
