Puncture repair kit fails to do the job
My wife's Evoque is sitting outside our house with a flat tyre. There's no spare and the repair kit provided has failed to re-inflate the tyre (too damaged), so I can't drive it to the local Kwik Fit. I also it's the weekend and the Kwik Fit mobile service doesn't operate at weekends (it's a lease car and we have to use Kwik Fit). They can't get to us today because today is a bank holiday (though my wife is working and I'll have to drive her). They might get to us tomorrow but they can't be sure.
The question is, we're pretty lucky this has happened right outside our front door because what would you do if you got a flat in a remote area, miles from home, with no mobile signal and your tyre repair kit doesn't work?

That's the problem with puncture repair kits, which I have been publicising for 18 years.
