When should I change the cam belt on my Mercedes-Benz? My car has covered 89,000 miles

It doesn't have one. Every single Mercedes engine has a chain cam until MB started using Renault 1.5 diesel engines in the Citan and A-Class, and that is still the only belt cam engine.
