What's a fair price for a second hand Honda Jazz?

I'm in the market for a Honda Jazz, but have received conflicting information on what a fair price for a 2005 1.4i-DSI SE would be. I have spotted a car for sale with 75,000 miles on the clock, with one owner from new, FSH, well maintained and decent tyres. Is £3200 a fair price?

Our site shows dealer advertised prices £3700 - £5500 and private sale £3350 - £4250. But that is for an average Honda Jazz, with much lower mileage than yours. Glass' trade value for 74,000 miles is £2420 and retail £3770. Can't see much wrong with the dealer price for your 75,000 miler.
