Turbo tube problems with Land Rover Defender 90

Land Rover recalled my Defender 90 in February to replace the tube connecting the turbo - up to that time I had no problems. Since then the tube has blown off under relatively normal driving, which the dealer has fixed after some delay.

In the last few days and, whilst towing a horse box, the tube has come detached again. In this case Land Rover declined to recover vehicle whilst a horse was in trailer and they are now investigating. I really have lost faith in vehicle - and they cannot explain what is wrong! What do you think I should do?

Use a Jubilee clip to secure the pipe to the turbo.
