Buying second hand - do I have to pay for a fix?
Recently I purchased Fiat 500 second hand from a Toyota dealership that was a part ex. It was advertised as having excellent bodywork. Had a look round the car and thought was all OK then went away to think about for couple of days and subsequently paid a deposit over the phone to collect 3 days later.
After paying for and collecting the car I had noticed some damage that to the drivers side door sill that I'd previously missed. The garage agreed to repair but are saying I must contribute £100 towards getting this repaired. Should I have to contribute to repair or can I reject the car and ask for my money back?

No you don't have to contribute to the repair. Tell them to fix it properly free of charge or you don't want the car and do want your money back.
