Buying my first car - what do you recommend?
I am looking to buy my first car (second hand) with a budget of around £4000. I need the car to get me to and from work, which would include motorway (substantial) and city driving.
I’ve seen a nice 2006 Ford Fiesta 1.25 style climate, but am open to other cars too. What should I buy?

You would not be getting great power from a Fiesta 1.25. But it is a decent drive and has a good reputation for reliability. An alternative is a Mazda 2 1.3TS2 (current shape).
