Am I insured to drive my late father's car on my insurance?
My elderly step father recently passed away and his car has been inherited by my mother, who cannot drive. She wants to keep the car in the short term in order that I can take her for occasional trips out. Can I claim a refund on my father’s insurance and drive the car under third party cover as part of my own insurance?

You will not be covered to drive the car on your own insurance. You need to speak to the insurer.
