Leaky BMW 3 Series convertible
I bought a used BMW 3 Series convertible in February and have had continuous issues with water ingress. I took it back to the dealer, who ‘fixed’ it with large amounts of black sealant, which are clearly visible. The car still leaks, but the dealer says the seals are not covered, despite the fact it has a one year BMW approved warranty. What are my options?

Some folding hard-tops are prone to leaks at the seals. Legal action will be expensive because the car must be worth more than the £10,000 Small Claims limit. Law here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/
