DAB radio advertised at wrong price – can I demand Mitsubishi honour the deal?
I am looking for a DAB radio for my 2010 Mitsubishi ASX 3 and recently spotted a Kenwood DAB Multimedia Kit part advertised for £170, including fitting. The deal was on Mitsubishi’s website and I tried to buy it online, but got an error message.
I rang one of their dealers to be told that Mitsubishi had made a mistake on their web site and had then stopped the link. This price was still shown on their web site at £170 until the following day, when they replaced it with a new price of £1379. Do I have the right to demand the item at the advertised price £170?

No, because it was obviously a mistake and you cannot force someone to sell you something. To upgrade your existing ICE to DAB, try www.pure.com/ ; www.getdab.com/ ; and Halfords.
