Where's the best place to get a dashboard camera?
I have recently had a few 'near misses' from drivers pulling out of junctions and just general bad driving. Last year a driver swerved across the central white lines to avoid a jogger and smashed my wing mirror off. As I was unable to prove the other driver was liable, the claim was settled 50/50. Is it possible to buy a dashboard camera to prevent this from happening again?

Halfords have a new service fitting these from about £70. I will be testing a Smartwitness dashcam from next Wednesday and be posting a full review.
