Ford Focus - second duel mass flywheel failure
My 2005 Ford Focus diesel suffered a clutch and flywheel failure at 70,000 miles and was repaired by a local dealer. Now, 21 months and 17,000 miles later it has failed again requiring identical repair. Do I have any claim against the first main dealer or should I approach Ford?

Nothing to do with Ford. Everything to do with the dealer that fitted the replacement DMF and clutch 17,000 miles ago. It's unheard of for them to fail at this sort of mileage when correctly installed.
