Audi A5 - Fault Side Assist
I own a 2012 Audi A5, but have suffered constant problems with the ‘side assist’ on the right hand side – it keeps going off on its own.
My local dealer told me to wait for software update - which came a year later – but the problem has not been rectified. I’ve also had the radar sensors replaced, but now the Audi technical guys are running out of ides. What are my options if it cannot be fixed?

Take the stance that the car has always been faulty and the Audi dealer has failed to fix it. The dealer must therefore buy the car back from you at a reasonable price mid-way between trade and retail.
