Battery drain on Fiat 500- what's the cause?

The battery keeps draining on my daughter's FIAT 500 1.2 sport and the local dealership seems unable to pinpoint the problem . We have paid for a full diagnostic and exploratory work, but she is still having the same problem. We suspected the boot catch may be the problem. Any ideas?

You might be right. Boot catch or boot light. Or maybe the cabin light self dimmer remaining open circuit after the light has gone out. I've had no such trouble with mine, but good idea to try switching the cabin light off completely before leaving the car.
