Turbo failed after one month - can I reject the car?
We bought a used Ford Focus from a dealer one month ago and now the turbo has failed. We’ve been told the repairs will cost £1600. Where do I stand in refusing the car now and asking for money back or asking the seller to fix at their cost?

Unless they can prove that you damaged the turbo, they are legally liable for the full cost of the repair:
