Did you know that Devon County Council runs an assessment for older drivers?
Your readers have often asked about testing older drivers. Devon County Council runs a scheme where for a small fee (£30 or so) a driving examiner/instructor takes you out in your own car for an hour to assess your ability and to pass on tips. Like most, I think I'm a good driver, but I've done the assessment each year and it's nice for me and my relatives to have it confirmed. I recommend it.
