The main point of my gripe about the flimsy plastic tailgate handles of Nissan Qashqais was to highlight the problem to other Qashqai owners, and to stress that the punter is on his own when trying to sort the problem out. Looking at the HJ car-by-car for the Qashqai I can see that this issue is the latest update. I hope that I had something to do with it, as it would feel that although my grumbling to Nissan fell on deaf ears, at least you were in concurred with my opinion.
