Have I missed some repeals of traffic-related law?

Please can you tell me when the following traffic-related laws were repealed? Thou shalt not park a vehicle with any of the road wheels on a pedestrian pavement. Thou shalt not park a vehicle on a speed-restricted road after dark without showing a light on the outer side. Thou shalt not park a vehicle within 15 yards of a road junction. Thou shalt not ride a pedal cycle on the highway/cycle path unless it has been fitted with a bell. I seem to have missed some repeals of law?

They have not been, but latitude is often shown. Not where traffic enforcement operatives are on commission, though. I saw a car parked on a corner on the footway in Surrey ticketed last week.
