What do you think of Esso's lower-priced premium fuels?
Esso is now selling 'Super' variants of petrol and diesel at significantly lower prices than the Shell or BP equivalents. Do you have any feedback as to how they compare?

Esso is heavily advertising this, too. But having found fuel that works (V-Power) I use that fuel and don't take the risk of messing around. Switching from Shell Fuelsave to Shell V-Power Nitro+ improved the fuel economy of my Mazda 6 automatic by 3mpg. That's 6.5per cent, and 8p a litre extra is 5.8 per cent, so I'm quids in and is keeping the fuel system of my car clean.
