Why are there paint marks around the trim of my new Ford Kuga?
I bought a new Ford Kuga Titanium X in June this year, and have recently noticed that the rubber trim round the windows and some of the plastic trim on the door, both on the nearside, have white paint marks, as if it has been (not very well) re-sprayed. I am concerned that, when it comes to reselling the vehicle it could be argued that this is a result of a repair after accident damage. What is your opinion?

First make sure it isn’t polish. There might have been some paint rectification at the end of the production line in Valencia, or by the dealer after delivery. Take the matter up with the supplying dealer, because you should have been informed. Not informing you is a "misleading omission”: honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/
