Part exchange - should I tell the dealer about a fault?

The engine management warning light has illuminated on my Toyota Yaris, three weeks before I'm due to exchange it for a new Aygo. The sale has been agreed with the dealer and the car is still behaving as normal. Would they be able to back out of the deal at this late stage?
