Can you recommend a new, small car?
I need to buy a new car. The new vehicle will only do about 4000 miles a year and I do like sitting high for visibility and comfort. As it will travel into London on occasions, a congestion charge free car would be good but with the motorways around London a bit of power is also useful. Can you help?

Since the limit was dropped to 75g/km, nothing apart from an electric car or a plug-in hybrid is Congestion Charge free. Cheap, small and high: a Suzuki Splash or a Vauxhall Agila.
