Faulty used car - what should I do?
I bought a 2005 Jaguar X-Type three months ago from a local dealer. I have already had to replace a failed rear differential and now the transfer box has stopped. Can I seek any redress or contribution from the dealer?

Yes, on the grounds that they must already have been failing when you bought the car. Law here:
