Which is best - low mileage used car or or higher with one owner?
We have a choice of two Peugeot 207 1.6 Hdi Sport convertibles. One is 35,000 miles with three owners and service history, price reduced from £5900 to £5200 - dealer says they just don't know why it has not sold.
The other is 65,000 miles with one owner and history, price £5000 - dealer expects it sell in a week as the sun is shining. Same spec, both 2007, both no known problems, both from dealers. In theory, which is best?

In theory, the lower mileage one. Maybe the colour is putting people off.
