Advice on a used Kia Cee'd?

I'm thinking of buying a Kia Cee'd for 25,000 miles per year, mainly motorway and A roads.

The car I am looking at has 42,000 miles and has service history, but what should I look out for when test driving/ buying? How much should I pay from non franchised dealer?
