Faulty used Range Rover - am I entitled to a refund?
I have bought Range Rover Sport (2009) from a car dealer. Within one day of owning the car, the "brake pad light" and "engine maintenance light" came on. I went back to the dealer and they diagnosed that the break pads and EGR Valve need to be changed. I am now very concerned, should I ask for a refund?

It's a used car, but case law covers you. Tell the dealer to fix it or give you your money back.
