Which wheel size is best for the Volkswagen Golf?

Is it possible to change the 16-inch alloy wheels to a 15-inch size on my Volkswagen Golf 1.4 TSI (122PS) 2012? I want to improve the ride quality and help prevent travel nausea caused by the what seems to be a bumpy ride.

That should be possible, yes. The tyre size will be 195/65 R15. But fit normal tyres, not low rolling resistance energy tyres because energy tyres have stiff sidewalls and ride harder.

Comfortable and quiet on the move, enjoyable to drive. Nicely trimmed with great attention to detail. 1.4 TSI sweeter to drive than a diesel.
