Does the Skoda Octavia vRS suffer from a tough ride?

I am thinking of changing my 2013 Skoda Octavia Elegance 2.0 diesel with 17-inch wheels for a vRS version. Will the ride be worse on the new car because of the lowered suspension and 18-inch wheels?
