Bought a used car that's now broken down - should I sue?
I bought a second hand Volkswagen Polo for £995 from a local dealer a few days ago. The seller told me the car had a year’s MoT – is hasn’t. The seller also told me the car has had a recent service – it hasn’t.
Yesterday the car suffered a broken front spring and fuel injector and the seller isn’t interesting in helping me. He says I should contact Ford. What should I do?
