Having clutch and speed issues with my landrover freelander 2006 td4 2.0 diesel manual

Hi,
My name is David Oriedi. Am writing from Africa - Kenya. I have a landrover freelander td4 year 2006 manual. Engine capacity is 2.0 diesel. The car is currently grounded because its clutch system is worn out and needs to be replaced and then the car does not pick speed. My question is: where can I get a clutch system for it (I cannot get within my country as the ones stocked are not of its type.) Secondly what would cause it not to pick speed? Thirdly, can you tell me about the major weaknesses of this model of landrover. Thanks

If the clutch is worn then the engine will turn and the car won't pick up speed because the clutch is spinning and not transmitting drive. The only way out is to mail order a clutch kit from another country, such as the UK. Here's one supplier: www.eurocarparts.com/clutch-kit?gclid=CKq2ntfxrMMC...A Here's another: www.rimmerbros.co.uk/Item--i-GRID009786
