Within two weeks of buying a second-hand car, it broke down. Subsequently diagnosed as a faulty clutch. Although the dealer claims to have carried out the necessary repairs, I would like to rescind the contract and have my money returned particularly as a recent MoT also shows areas of concern regarding worn tyres.

I maintain that the vehicle was neither of satisfactory quality nor reasonably fit for purpose when sold to me (a month ago) and therefore breaches the Sale of Goods Act. Am I also entitled to claim expenses incurred by way of having the car transported to the garage?
