Should I buy a low mileage Fiat 500?

I'm on the lookout for a Fiat 500 and one has popped up at a local dealer - a 2011 car with 4500 miles on it. Should I be wary of a car with such low mileage for its age?

Not too much of a problem. But don't pay over the odds for the low mileage unless the car is also in spectacularly good condition with no dings or scratches.
