Can I reject my unreliable Land Rover?
I bought a five year old Land Rover Defender from an approved dealer, with 38,000 miles on the clock. The car was sold with a two year warranty.
Over the past two months the car has failed three times. As a result, it has had repairs to the EGR, air flow meter and head gasket. The dealer hasn't charged me and claim to have sorted the problems. However, I'm not convinced. Can I reject the car?

You can't reject it unless they can't fix it. But if it suffers another major fault you could say it was fundamentally faulty from the day you bought it and reject it on those grounds.
