What's the best first car for £1000?
I am looking to buy a used car. I have just passed my test month and I am 22. I need something for lots of motorway miles, with decent economy and low insurance. What do you recommend for £1000?

A Yaris is your best bet, but a 1.3 would be better for high mileage, assuming you can find one and can afford the higher insurance.
