headaches and fatigue - car use

while i drive my diesel car with windows open i start to feel ill experiencing fatigue and headaches. I dont know if this is usual of diesel vehicles and it is a 2009 diesel not one of the older vehicles. it doesent have a dpf nor does it leave any puddles of fuel around. Could it be my imagination or is this normal with vehicles like this.

Nuts to drive with windows open which exposes you to all kinds of traffic fumes. Use the car's ventilation system which has a pollen filter to filer out the contaminants in the air.
