Becker navigation in Mercedes B-Class
I have recently bought a 2012 Mercedes b18 which is wired for sat nav, I wish to purchase a used Becker sat nav and have spoken to both Syntner (main dealer) and Mercedes head office in Milton Keynes. Both decline to give me the correct number for a Becker unit for my car. It seems it is their intention to try and force me to by a new unit at what I believe at £500 is an excessive price, can you help?

You need to find a specialist who can. The reason for the dealer and for MB's reticence is "How does a satnav for a 2012 B-Class become second hand?" The most likely reason is that it has been stolen.

My sat nav packed up so I've replaced it with an app on my phone. It's held on the dashboard in a phone holder. I've heard that it's unlawful to use a phone in this way. Is that correct?
