Is engine flush treament worth doing?

Honda are offering a 'premium service' package that includes an engine flush treatment on our 2007 170k Honda Civic. Is this worth doing as I assumed decent petrol, mainly Shell standard stuff, does this anyway?

At 170,000 miles there are bound to be some hydrocarbon deposits in the fuel system, and some sludge in the sump, particularly if the oil has ever been changed by siphoning rather then draining via the sump plug. Good engine, though.
