Good buy or not?

I have recently been offered a 2010 Toyota Rav 4 2.0 V-MATIC XT-R M-DRIVE S with a genuine 5,000 miles for £10K. I know it is a good car, but will it be adversely affected by such a low mileage?

Petrol engine. Could be all right. May be some cat converter issues. Sensible price, and the nicest RAV-4 to drive if it is running properly. Will immediately need a change of CVT fluid and filter if that has not been done. (I suspect it won't have been done).
