A6 Avant - keep or sell after 3 years?
I have an Audi A6 Avant, 3.0 SE Quattro 245PS S tronic. It's now 3 years old with 26,000 miles on the clock. I like it very much but now the warranty is up. should I change this car in anticipation of large repair bills around the corner or keep it well maintained and carry on regardless?

Look at the sums. Your car will probably be worth 30% - 40% of what you paid for it, so the depreciation hit is far greater than any likely repair bill. Better to amortise it over another year.
