Is the Ford Ka due to be replaced?

I am a keen fan of the Ford Ka model. I believe it is due to be replaced later this year. So when would be the best time to negotiate a good deal in the showroom on the present model?

The Fiat 500 based Kas are fairly cheap anyway. But FIAT can sell as many 500s as it can make so there isn't an oversupply problem of Kas. I think Ford wants out of the deal.

Easy to drive and economical. Based on the Fiat 500 but handles much better. More room in rear than 500.
