Driver won't accept my calls after damaging my car - What should I do?

A car dented my door last week. The driver admitted liability and asked me to get quote. He now refuses to take my calls. I only have his mobile no and licence plate. How can I enforce payment?

You have to apply to the DVLA for the name and address of the registered keeper of the car, then sue the registered keeper for the cost of repairing the damage: www.gov.uk/request-information-from-dvla
